Change Management is a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization’s goals, processes, or technologies. The purpose is to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change, and helping people to adapt to change.

The Reality

70% of change initiatives fail. Why? Because they focus on the technical side (systems, processes) and ignore the human side (fear, resistance, culture).

The Value-First Approach

Use the CONVEY Framework to guide change:

  • Clarity: Explain the why, not just the what.
  • Alignment: Connect individual goals to the new vision.
  • Engagement: Involve people in the design of the change.

Change happens at the speed of trust. If you don’t have Psychological Safety, you don’t have change management; you have change imposition.
