• Office Hours - Live support and coaching sessions
• Value-First Scoping - Strategic assessment and planning
• Value-First Coaching - Ongoing guidance and capability building
• HubSpot CVP Implementation - Technical implementation services
• Educational content and tools

User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account ("My Value Path"). When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Payments and Refunds

For paid services:

• Payments are processed securely through HubSpot Payments
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

For Office Hours and coaching sessions, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of The Value-First Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
