• Value-First Coaching - Ongoing guidance and capability building
• HubSpot CVP Implementation - Technical implementation services
• Educational content, courses, and interactive tools
• AI-powered features (Catalyst, Coach Chris)

User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account ("My Value Path"). Authentication uses passwordless magic links sent to your email address — no passwords are stored. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your email account (used for sign-in)
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Payments and Refunds

For paid services:

• Payments are processed securely through HubSpot Payments
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

For Office Hours and coaching sessions, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

AI Features

Our website includes AI-powered tools (Catalyst, Coach Chris) that generate responses using third-party AI services. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for business decisions.
