What it isA first conversation to work out which doorway fits where you actually are. It ends with something to act on, at least content to read or watch.A paid working session where you turn guidance and coaching into action and leave having solved a real problem or added a new capability.A weekly hour where your team does the work with Chris or another Value-First Coach beside them. The point is that the skill ends up in your people, not in a vendor.Everything coaching does, plus we take on part of the work ourselves. Your team still owns it; we are in it with them, each day, week after week.A part-time leader inside your organization with a straight line to the CEO and the remit to communicate the change, so what gets built actually lands.
Who it is forAnyone weighing whether this work fits their situation and wanting a person to say so plainly.Someone who has already decided to change how they or their team works and wants to start with one concrete piece rather than a plan or discovery session.A practitioner or team who want to do the work themselves while someone experienced is there to guide and coach. Stackable for multiple practitioners or teams within the same org.A leader whose team wants to go faster than its own capabilities and bandwidth allow, or has build work it cannot cover. They want Value-First carrying part of it alongside their people, and they are paying for a standing team, not for hours or a project. An organization whose people are already activated and building, and whose leadership cannot yet answer what should come next, who should learn it, or what value looks like.
Not forSomeone looking for a scope document. It ends with direction and guidance on which door to take.Someone who wants to hear how we work before committing. Not a discovery call. Not an engagement pitch. You will not get a presentation here; you will get work done on your own situation.A team hoping to delegate this to an outside vendor. If nobody on your side will do the work between sessions, coaching will not move anything.Someone who wants a scoped project delivered and handed over. Partnership is ongoing; a scoped project is a conversation, not this door.Someone looking for a builder or an admin; this seat sets direction and carries the change, and the building is coaching or partnership. Also an organization that will give the seat a title but not the remit; without a straight line to the top, nothing it decides can land.

On a stage

Speaking.

The fee is a published floor set by format. The formats and what each one is are on the card.

From $5,000

Speaking

The format sets the length — each format carries its own.

Chris on your stage, your webinar or in your leadership room, on what the AI-native shift does to how a company actually operates.

Who it is for

Events and rooms that want it said by someone who has done it and helped others do it.

  • Formats: Keynote (30 to 45 minutes); Half-day workshop; Panel or fireside (the slot); Virtual talk or webinar (45 to 60 minutes); Leadership meeting
  • The AI-Native Shift — From the organization you have to the one now possible.
  • The Value-First Framework — The beliefs and patterns underneath it.
  • The SaaSpocalypse — How the software we bought became the complexity we have to undo.
  • The Value Era — How a person still takes part when money stops being the measure.
  • A published floor — $5,000 buys a virtual talk. Above it, set by the format — a keynote or a half-day workshop is quoted from what moves it.

What moves the number

Format
A keynote, a workshop and a panel are different amounts of preparation and different amounts of the day.
In person or virtual
Travel takes days around the talk; a virtual session takes the hour and the prep.
Custom preparation
A talk built on your own organization takes research before it takes a stage.
Recording rights
Whether the recording is yours to publish afterwards changes what the session is.

What the price does not cover, and where the paperwork lives.

Paid engagements have their own agreement: A paid engagement — coaching, a partnership, or any scoped work — is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over the website terms wherever the two differ.

Governing law: The website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

When you will hear back: A person replies the same business day.

The full site terms are on the terms page, which is the only place they live. No door restates them. How paying us works covers what happens between saying yes and being invoiced.

A figure is not a reason. The engagements behind these numbers are written up in the open, with the friction still visible, on the proof page — and the problems page names what usually brings someone here.

Not sure which one is yours?

Three questions, about a minute, and it can answer none of these.
