Build AI-era capability, not consulting dependency

Traditional consulting implements for you. Coaching develops your team's capability to orchestrate AI-human collaboration effectively—then sustain transformation independently.

Assess current state together with your team

Instead of: consultants analyze and implement while you watch.

Guide your team through implementation

Instead of: receiving documentation and "knowledge transfer".

Develop capability to sustain and evolve

Instead of: struggling to sustain without consultant support.

Celebrate independent execution

Instead of: calling consultants back when things break.

Maintain strategic partnership only if valuable

Instead of: paying again for what you thought you owned.

Is it for me?

Who it's for

  • A practitioner or team who want to do the work themselves while someone experienced is there to guide and coach. Stackable for multiple practitioners or teams within the same org.

Who it's not for

  • You’re looking for a strategy document to present to leadership for buy-in. The engagement produces a working system, not a business case for a future system.
  • You need the work reviewed by a committee that wasn’t in the sessions. The people who build it are the people who own it — that’s how capability transfers.
  • You want a vendor to build something and hand it to you. We build with your team, not for your team in isolation.
  • You’re optimizing a model you believe still works. If the ceiling feels fine, this isn’t the right moment — and we’ll tell you that directly.
  • You want the fastest path to a result. This is thorough diagnostic and build work; it’s not a shortcut to an output.
  • The executive sponsor isn’t available to be in the work. Without that authority present, what gets built can’t be implemented.
  • If nobody on your side will do the work between sessions, coaching will not move anything.

Common questions

How is this different from consulting?

Traditional consulting creates dependency—consultants implement while you watch, then you struggle to sustain without their support. We build your team's capability to transform and sustain evolution independently. You're not outsourcing transformation—you're developing the strategic thinking and practical skills to own it.

Why not just implement it for us?

Real transformation requires your team developing new capabilities and thinking patterns. You can't outsource that—only develop it through guided practice. If you also want us carrying part of the build, that is Partnership - Embedded Engineering: Everything coaching does, plus we take on part of the work ourselves. Your team still owns it; we are in it with them, each day, week after week.

Can't we just train our team on tools?

Tool training isn't transformation capability. Knowing features doesn't mean you can strategically orchestrate AI-human collaboration. We develop strategic thinking alongside practical skills—teaching you how to think about transformation, not just how to click buttons.

How do we know this will work?

Start with the Free 15-minute consult. A first conversation to work out which doorway fits where you actually are. It ends with something to act on, at least content to read or watch. If you go on to coaching, you're never locked in. No minimum. Either side can end it with 30 days notice.

What happens at engagement end?

Your team operates independently with the capability to sustain and evolve transformation without external support. If you want guidance to continue, coaching simply continues—but there's no pressure or dependency. Success means you can continue without us.

Can we start small and expand?

That's the design. Start with one, and add more when it's working. Billed monthly. Add another team, add another $2,495.
